1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing this website or placing an enquiry with Nafis Engineering Works you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please stop using the site. We may revise these terms at any time; the revision date above reflects the current version.

2. Products and information

Content on this website describes our casting, forging and precision machine parts in general terms. Dimensions, materials, finishes and images are indicative. Binding specifications are those confirmed in writing on a quotation, proforma invoice or accepted purchase order.

3. Quotations and orders

  • Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and otherwise for 15 days from issue.
  • Prices are exclusive of GST, freight and any other statutory levy unless expressly stated.
  • An order is accepted only once we confirm it in writing.
  • Lead times are estimates that run from receipt of an approved drawing and any agreed advance.
  • Custom-manufactured parts cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

4. Buyer obligations

  • Supply complete, legible drawings with tolerances, material grade and surface finish requirements.
  • Approve samples or first-article parts before bulk production where these are offered.
  • Confirm the intended application so that material selection can be sanity-checked.
  • Inspect goods on delivery and report shortages or visible damage within 7 days.

5. Quality and warranty

Parts are manufactured to the approved drawing and specification. Where a part is found not to conform, our liability is limited, at our option, to repair, replacement or credit of the non-conforming items. No warranty is given against wear, corrosion, overloading, incorrect installation or use outside the agreed application.

6. Delivery, title and risk

Risk passes to the buyer on despatch from our works unless otherwise agreed in writing. Title in the goods remains with Nafis Engineering Works until payment has been received in full.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images and marks on this website belong to Nafis Engineering Works or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written consent. Drawings supplied by a buyer remain the buyer’s property and are used solely to manufacture that buyer’s order.

8. Third-party platforms

Our IndiaMART listing and any other third-party marketplace is governed by that platform’s own terms. We are not responsible for content, ratings or availability on platforms we do not control.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nafis Engineering Works is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of production or profit, arising from use of this website or from the supply of goods. Our aggregate liability on any order shall not exceed the invoice value of that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
