What we do
Six capabilities under one roof
From billet to the final machined dimension — every forging, stamping and machining operation runs in our own unit in Rajkot.
Upset Forging
Upset forging up to 10 kg on a header / upsetter with a metal gathering unit, for headed and collared profiles.
Hot Hammer Forging
Hammer forging up to 15 kg — our heaviest process, for large sections and long stems.
Stamping
Sheet metal stamping up to 6 mm thickness on 20T hydraulic and 20T mechanical presses.
Cold Forging
Cold forging up to 1 kg, where tight tolerance and surface finish matter more than heat.
Precision Machining
CNC turning, VMC, milling, drilling and thread rolling — forgings finished to drawing in-house.

Nafis Engineering Works is a Rajkot-based forging unit.
